<p>I am in awe. I don’t know exactly how, but this video gave me a huge epiphany. One unlike I’ve ever had before. I am very grateful. It tied together so many synchronicities from the past few days. After a day like today when I was so triggered from feeling robbed of my voice. Except I had no idea my voice had anything to do with it…</p><p> on the mat doing practice, somehow it just hit me. From a passing thought that maybe my feedback in the past helped inspire this (but maybe not at all which is cool too haha) but mostly because somehow, I really started to learn how to activate muscles without tensing them at the same time. Unlocking the cage of muscles, releasing the blocks… even a little bit. Like the dam had been gently toppled. The somatic movement I did for my upper back last night definitely is part of the potion but the amazing cues in this video were a huge component. How perfect was the timing of your upload and my draw to do the video and and and.. thank you 🙏 </p>
