Any yoga mat brand recommendations? I got a new mat about a year ago and I love the quality and the way it looks but it does not provide any grip for my hands and feet. It's especially difficult in practices like these where I'm working up a sweat and sliding on my mat. Thanks in advance for any recs!

Deliberately and smoothly paced like all of the Breathing Room series. Stretches at first and the flow begins around min 7. There are a lot of postures with your hands clasped behind small of back in a bind, during folds and locust. Multiple planks where you "tick tock" the ankles. Chair post and some wide legged folds into a warrior 2 series. Some star poses (one of my favorites - I don't know why!) and some goddess into a yogic squat. Finish up with some mindful bicycles for the core and Savasana at min 25.

I’ve been going through a tough time lately and had my first therapy appointment this morning. When you said to let everything gonin the forward fold and whisper “I am enough” in star pose (I think this is the first time I’ve ever said this to myself out loud) I about lost it. Just wanted to say thank you- things are going to be okay. ❤️

<p>There’s something so special about this Breathing Room series. It’s intermediate level and challenging but so satisfying too, it never feels “too much”. It’s calming and strengthening all at once. I love the choice of music too. I’d love to see a Breathing Room 2 this year please Adriene 🧘🏼‍♀️😘🙏🏻</p>

I dont know if I missed it somehow but I thought that we only did three legged dog on one side? Am I right or did I miss it? I kept expecting for it to come and I swear it never did. Other than that loved the pace of this.
