I am post partum month 3 and developed diastastis recti. It’s much better than it was but I’m having such a hard time feeling my abs and core muscles engaging. It’s amazing what the human body is called of doing and how far it can stretch and how much it can accommodate but I’m trying not to be discouraged at the diminished feedback and lack of control I’m experiencing.

Thank you Liz 💕 really nice imagery. I could not get up in the last one, too and I felt a bit disappointed and lost. Couldn’t even close the session properly with a positive thought. This practice gave me a lot to think about - thank you ♥️🌸

When Liz asked us to talk, I didn't know what to say so I sang. And it was amazing.

I loved this practice thank you🙏💞 I really enjoy all of the classes Liz teaches. I have a torn rotator cuff and have had to find something else to add to my yoga since I need to modify so much during certain practices and Pilates has been wonderful for that. It allows me to feel like I'm getting in a good workout while not hurting myself further. 🥰

I want to know what everyone chose to say on that last roll down. Mine was something along the lines of “I don’t like this, when is it over???” 😂 In all seriousness though, great practice. Super challenging and one that will be a good bench mark to come back to.

How lovely to come to the App and discover a new Pilates practice and it’s a good one. Doing Pilates three times a week has definitely added to my fitness. Thank you Liz for another great practice.

This practice was just what the doctor ordered! It worked so well with yesterday's core practice because, for me, yesterday's worked my upper core, while today's worked my lower core. I feel so much stronger after these two practices. Thank you Liz for giving us this practice! I truly appreciate starting my day this way! I am blessed! Namaste! 🧘‍♀️
