Thank you, Adriene. My father in law suddenly died last week. I adored him, and I'm missing him so much, but I need to be strong to support my partner and his family. Practicing with you always helped me to clear my mind, I'm sure it will help me to navigate this moment of grief. So grateful this safe space exist...

As I get closer to my hip replacement op (next Monday) I have to do the shorter practices as I have such limited mobility in my left hip. This was perfect.

Often when I’m feeling unmotivated, reading the community’s comments will help send me to the mat. Huge thanks to all of you out there—though we’ve never met, we are one!

OK- I may have been a little intimidated this morning about clicking start on this one. I wasn’t sure I was in the mood for movement 😂so I scrolled the comments looking for inspiration. And after one person wrote how she was in the same mood but clicked the button because the universe knew what she needed. I bit the bullet. I clicked play. So glad I did. It felt good to be strong. Five months out from a hip replacement and I have been timid on seeing if I could get back into these lunges without props. Today I went for it. Thank you to the community. And yes, the universe knew what I needed.

My beloved cat passed this week. He was my little yoga cheerleader every morning, and keeping my practice going is really helping me heal from that loss.

Any advice for me as a rather larger woman who finds a lot of pain in the wrists trying to support my own weight. I am not very strong (yet) and supporting my weight in poses like downward dog puts a lot of pressure on the wrist and hands.

Always a favorite. What does it mean to "claw into the fingertips to take pressure out of the wrists"? Even when I do that, I still mainly feel pressure in my wrists. TIA

Delightful! Ease and grace with less efforts. Moving efficiently, stably and with integrity. A balanced practice, like poetry in motion. Coming home to my most authentic self, my innate nature. I am whole. Yummy! Sun rising in the East and the super moon hovering on the West. Everything in alignment. Life is beautiful. Thank you very much Adriene! Sending everyone lots of positive energies - move in the way that serves us best, trust and tend to our intuition. Shine! Thrive. Be well everyone ❤️🧡💛💚💙💙💜♥️
