I did this session a day after and I wanted to catch up as I’m following this wonderful journey with my yoga buddy Emma 🧘🏻‍♀️🤗 I am tied up in a tight scheduled project right now and I was kind of stressed of not being able to squeeze it in so I did it after my QiGong…and it was one of my best moments on the mat. I have never felt such harmony between my breath and the movement before. It was as if my breathing accompanied my body into finding the right spots, to ease into a brand new space. It’s hard to express 😌 It was simply delicious. Plus I’m learning how to use my props like on that twist with the arm and knee up and in that getting in slowly pigeon. This is a fantastic journey. I had loved Breath so much that I was a little anxious but I’m learning so much from this one too. Late afternoon Explore was divine after having spent the day at the computer. Thank you Adriene and YWA team let’s not forget Benji who seems to have found his spot behind that plant 😉😂🙏🙏🙏

This week has been frustrating and challenging and it seeped into my yoga practice. I hadn't been able to enjoy it in the same way as all the commenters here and it was hard not to think, "What's wrong with me?" But I finally broke through today and truly savored this practice (complete with lots of moaning and sighing!) Sometimes you just have to give yourself a little grace and space.
