<p><span style="background-color: transparent;">Rich foundational work continues in our Day 4 Flow session!</span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent;">While we will get the blood flowing and heart pumping today - this session is an opportunity to check in with the mental and spiritual parts of yourself.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent;">This is, in fact, what the ancient practice of yoga is all about.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent;">Today’s session is a loving training for the brain and body. Perfect for those who have flow experience, but even better for those entering with a beginner's mind. Not a favourite for me I'm afraid, it just felt clunky. I have recommended this series to friends who are beginners and I know they are feeling very discouraged already as they need clear instruction for the asanas and there certainly wasn't enough for them in this fast flow. Also, in case anyone else is struggling, I have been practicing with YWA for 3 years now and I still have to use my hand to move my foot right to the front of the mat when stepping forward from 3 legged dog, and I absolutely cannot roll through cross legged seat to all fours! Love to you all on this journey 💗

What a difference in how my body was able to flow before and after the breathing exercise! This was so helpful for understanding the power of breath. Thank you!

Not sure why but I cannot find this one in the app and it is 6:50 est… the other ones were available by 5 est. is anyone else having the same issue?

This practice was tough for me! I had a panic attack half way through and couldn’t come back until the next day. But I’m so glad that I need! I’m terrified about starting to teach in person next week, and this flow helped me to work through my feelings instead of just getting stuck. Thank you ❤️

Don't know where I should post this but for me it is January 5 and I only have up to day 4 right now.. is this the same for everyone else? I have been really confused by the release of the videos this time around. Some times they are on time, some times they are only here and no where else, and some times I don't see them uploaded until the following day. Help!

I have been lucky enough to do all of Adriene’s 30- day yoga sessions and she and Benji are as loving and amazing now as ever! I am frustrated with myself for one reason—I have never been able to move my leg from a lifted downward dog position up and into a lunge. I welcome any advice!

On day 1, I told myself “I am here to love myself”. Kept coming back to that today, reminding myself that it’s okay to skip plank and cobra and just go right to downward dog. We are on this journey to love ourselves, and also because we love ourselves. Sending love out into the universe for each of you ❣️
