This is such a timely practise! I’m doing it daily, sometimes in addition to my practise at the gym. Loved the poem in your Vlog. I lost my husband 4 months ago very suddenly and I am finding January very hard. This journey is giving me focus each day - I look forward to what is on offer each day. You sustained me during Lockdown in the UK and you are sustaining me now! So

Anyone experiencing any uncomfortableness/pain in their hips after the last practices? I’ve been doing yoga for 4 years and practicing daily for almost 60 days now. There was a lot of hip rotations for a couple days in a row now

As I recover from Covid I move toward acceptance that I have had to modify a lot of poses that I can normally do without too much effort. Thank you for the reminder that I am strong for showing up on the mat everyday, regardless of my current energy level 💕

I really enjoyed this one. I feel closer to myself and my higher power every day. Yoga has been a major tool in my recovery from alcohol and an eating disorder. I stand taller and move with grace and love. Thank you.

Grateful for this community. Didn't think I would do yoga today but ready everyone's comments I decided to do it now. Needed the stretches from a morning of cleaning. This was a kiss to myself. Thank you all for the positivity and encouragement. ❤🙏

I've been really moving through a lot in tjis journey - physically, emotionally, spiritually... the balance of strength and flexibility has helped me meet some edges. I just started my last semester of grad school (social work) and my son just came home after finishing college and my husband and I are going through relationship issues. Oh and work and an 89 year old mom. Everyone is going through a lot and this is my piece. This 30 day journey is challenging and I modify more than I'd like but I feel so much closer to myself and so grounded after each practice. In gratitude for this community and of course the YWA team. Namaste y'all... 🙏💗🙏
