I'm a day behind because of medical appointments that took up an entire day! This is a long comment but I need to say this! First, Benji is too stinkin' cute--I love that little boy! I loved this session--have had a difficult time adjusting to these practices even after years of YWA/FWFG practices but I think I'm finally getting it. I have some medical issues that I need to make some lifestyle changes to correct and when I talked with my dr this week about these practices, she thought the "toning" and yoga combination is really important and a good change! It made me realize that as "flexible in mind" as I think I am--I think I've been resisting these practices because they are different than what I'm used to with FWFG. I do laugh at some of the moves as they honestly remind me of the Jane Fonda workouts from years ago. So today--I added a great cushion to my hips for the side moves (worked wonders on these 69 yr old hips btw) and just modified as needed. Surprisingly, I did better than I had hoped. I need to add some walking to my day and when we move on to regular yoga practices, I'm adding a few toning sessions a week, too. So, Adriene and team, thank you for this and thank you to all the community members who have been so encouraging and sweet and kind while I felt distant and alienated by these practices that felt too difficult for me to do. I felt so disappointed and sad but you were so wonderful to me. I guess it's a lifelong journey and it's never too late to listen, reflect, move and do something different--why not? Lots of love to you all and thank you SO much for your kindnesses. I'll try to make all comments short after this one! LOL--lovely day all.

I was up all night caring for and cleaning up after my 3 sick little ones and this was completely perfect for my sore tired body. Did it in my pjs still a little bit covered with vomit. ‘The beauty of the at home practice’ ha. thank you Adriene 💕🌸

This series is just not resonating with me this year. It really doesn’t feel like I’m actually doing yoga. Sure, I’m moving around a bit, some days more than others, but much of what we’re doing aren’t classic yoga postures, which is what I crave after practicing daily for nearly 10 years, my body is missing yoga. I really love the YWA community and the welcoming, inclusive vibe - which is what brought me here at the start if the pandemic in the first place, so I will trust that there is purpose in these first 10 days and that we will be moving deeper into true yoga in the coming days.

Been dealing with migranes, so listened to my body and chose to stay in bed for an extra 45 minutes this morning. Squeezed this practice in this evening and am so glad that im at the point where I dont get frustrated with myself and instead pivot my plans to get to the mat. Cool to see the growth and proud of everyone that has made it this far! We are amazing 💕🥳

Not a fan of this practice. I kept waiting for something else to happen...than it was over.

This was vitamins for my hips. They say thank you. So glad for this series to help build strength and open up areas to get us to the take level. Its easy to get in habit with yoga moves... doing the flow with no thought of how can I support my body to do this better or bring more awareness to it. Loving this series! I

oh my goodness thank you Adriene! I remember doing this practice live (on 1/12/22 apparently) and really enjoying it, but it is filling my soul and spirit with love and possibility today. I have a neurological disease - Charcot-Marie-Tooth, and it has definitely progressed since 2022 and this entire session was both a combination of the exercises that I have to do every day to keep my mobility and connection up and a giant hug for my brain. Neurological conditions suck but this practice has helped me feel a real connection again!

Had extra time & energy so I did 2 practices, Breathing Room for Arms & Shoulders and then Day 11 Mobility from the Move series. I chose them because of a few aches & pains - turns out they went great together. I’ll do these 2 together again (not today:). Just wanted to share my discovery😊☀️
