Release built-up tension and invite more ease into your body with this short and effective practice designed to support the upper back and neck. In our modern world, so much of our stress collects in these areas, creating poor posture and often leaving us tight, sore, or fatigued. This session offers mindful movements and gentle stretches to improve mobility, restore alignment, and create a sense of spaciousness through the upper spine, shoulders, and neck. Perfect for anyone who spends long hours at a desk, on their phone, or simply seeking relief from daily stress.

Let me know how this one goes for you in the comments!

This is lovely! I started it, then realized I needed to warm up my hips first, so I could really enjoy the coffee grinder, and whatever came after. Once l limbered up, this was a wonderful session! That shoulder opener felt very interesting before the full reaching of the hand to sky. I have a question , though: I did the scap pushups, but I’m still not sure if I was actually doing it correctly. I replayed it (on my phone, so hard to see) and it looked as though Adrienne isn’t bending her elbows, but if not, what is it we are doing in the pushups? What’s moving & what’s not?

A simple ditty but so engaging. First time back on the mat for months, knowing that I so need this regular time in my life. Thank you🙏

How do I make sure that I don’t put excessive pressure on my neck when holding ‘thread the needle’??

For some reason this practice really speaks to me, I have been doing it every day for a month now. It just seems to be what I need, both in time and area that it works. I have added a alternate nostril breathing practice, and then I do a Sat Ta, Na Ma practice.

This one practice is actually really good to repeat on a regular basis. I did it after the back bend with Marnie 😁 where I managed to crack open my upper back, that turasics spine area and so now these exercises were delicious. I worked up a bit of a sweat. 🥳
