(Practice right before bedtime for a restful night of sleep.)</em></p><p><br></p><p>Regular mindful meditation and yoga practices cultivate patience, and acceptance. So lovely and stress relieving. My cat aleays sits nearby when I do yoga daily. Lately she loves savasana because she climbs up onto my belly, kneeds my belly, and then settles down to lay belly to belly while purring. It is the sweetest thing. 💕

<p>I did this practice in and on my bed. I sat cross legged on my pillows at the start with my duvet on my knees, then lay down on top of the duvet. I could see the beautiful trees outside my window 🥰🙏</p>
