I've been practicing on the YWA Youtube channel every day for months and yesterday I was inspired to go deeper and check out this platform. I am feeling so grateful for this practice, for Adriene and for the entire community. My life's journey is one of self-healing from multiple traumas and I never cease to be amazed at how much processing and growth happens on the mat with Adriene's thoughtful offerings. I've been out of practice for a couple months, plus my anxiety has been worse than usual. It's beautiful to see how quickly my frenzied heart slows to a calm, steady pace after doing a practice like this. Thank you for helping me start the day by connecting to and honoring my body :)

Good practice to begin the day. Just the right amount of time and vigor for my body, mind and spirit to wake up. Thank you for this practice and the platform which is my go to each day for well being and presence when I feel a bit shaky or tired.

<p>Thanks Adriene! That was lovely. I practiced this at night for the very first time. I planned on doing this in the morning…but didn’t have the time to do it. It is just as satisfying as I wind down for the night. Thank you for the meditative warrior flows. Downward facing dogs, high and low lunges. Nice strengthening stretches. All throughout, a graceful practice. Grounding. Centering. Uplifting. My mantra for tonight: I am Love. I am Worthy. I am Enough. </p><p>Thanks for everything Adriene! </p><p>Peace. Light. Love.
