<p>In this 10-minute practice, Cynthia teaches you several poses and breaths to help calm the butterflies in your belly when you’re feeling nervous. Trying new things can be scary, and that’s okay! But our bodies don’t always feel okay inside so learn to “Take 5”, use humming breath, and find safety in cocoon pose to quiet your worries. Then when you’re ready, try a few balancing poses. Do all or part of this sequence when you need a boost of bravery to face something new.</p><p><br></p><p>All you need for this practice is a mat.</p>
