<p>This 10-minute practice with Cynthia will help you still your mind and bring awareness to your body anytime you need it. You can do seated chair yoga at home, at school, on a bus, train, or plane. Cynthia combines breathing exercises, gentle stretches, and an affirmation to remind us how important it is to be kind to our bodies. Do this sequence solo to reconnect with yourself or in a group to encourage harmony.</p><p><br></p><p>All you need is a place to sit!</p>
