Oh - I found this really hard and confusing. My hips and knees don’t easily fold like this and I felt anxious and upset by the end. Obviously not the teaching which was very clear. Something about me - what’s going on?

I liked this practice but would suggest Jenn speak slower. I turned the playback to .75 and it was better. I think we all have a tendency to speak fast while on camera. Slow it down and it will be better.

I really needed this today. I lost my 33-year-old horse that I had for 20 years a few weeks ago. I have felt physically ill since then. I'm normally a person who can move on but this has been a lot more difficult than I anticipated. When I did this video and listened to Jenn's background, I was thinking it could be exactly what I need. I hope we see more videos from Jenn and her sharing her knowledge.

Nice exercises, but hard to follow instructions, that sometimed referred to postures, that didnt mean anything to me, so I had to look at the screen much more than I’m used to with Adriene. Slow down and then I’m sure it will be fine🙏🏻

I can't thank you enough Jenn. I knew I was sitting in my sympathetic nervous system recently but it wasn't until I did this video yesterday that I had a FULL release! I cried happy tears afterwards. I really appreciated the new moves in this video and the clear instructions. I found your way very calming for my wired body and brain. Just what I needed. I'll repeat this again today.

This practice released lot of tension from me. Thank you. I wish the first part was a bit slower but I'm sure the more I'll do it, the easier will be to follow the poses

This video came to me at the perfect time on the calendar. My nervous system and mental health have been all over the place, and to add to it all the restaurant I waitress at is closing today... and they gave us a 3 day notice. I know in my heart of hearts it will all be okay. But man, adding financial distress on top of everything else it seems I can't stop crying or even catch my breath

Thankful for my breath, thankful for my practice, and thankful for this life. I have to keep reminding myself that it will be okay

Really lovely interesting set of poses. Thank you. I also needed them to be a bit slower as they were mostly new to me.

Thank you, Jenn. That was beautiful. My husband has a brain tumour and I'm his primary carer and I'm finding it all overwhelming; this is what I needed this morning, thank you. x
