For those intimidated about the length, there’s 7 mins of meditation/breath-work in the beginning and 5 mins at the end, so really it’s more of a 30 min practice ;) I felt like this was an “All Levels” practice, not intermediate. It moved at a slower pace than other videos. Although yes, boast pose is challenging, and is there are a lot of planks/vinyassas in this one, Adrienne gives a ton of options and modifications.

<p>If you’re like me, you might have a few moments of “do I really want a 40-minute, challenging practice on a Saturday morning? But I’m kind of hungry, there is so much to do today, maybe more coffee … .” This is sometimes when I grab something out of my favorites list, but instead I pressed play and am SO glad I did. Yes, there were a few harder moments, but that is when I really feel myself let go, trust, and tune in to my body and breath. My busy mind finally goes quiet. Wonderful, slow ramp up with great cues and (of course) encouragement from Adriene. You can totally do this ❤️</p><p>I’m beyond grateful that I found a teacher and soul guide in Adriene, just when I needed her a few years ago. Thank you for this ❤️🙏❤️</p>

Oh my giddy aunt!!!! I boated and kept up!!! Well, Adriene’s boats were sleek maxi yachts in the Mediterranean and mine were decommissioned tugboats in a murky pond BUT there were just as many tug boats as yachts for the first time ever!!!!

<p>Hello everyone out there,</p><p>I usually find it hard to post something and put it out there in the World Wide Web. But today it feels like the right thing to do. The hardest part it to show up - and today it was. I was very close to just stay in front of the computer and watch a series , feeling sad and Hormon driven as I am undergoing a hormonal treatment right now with a probably different outcome that I have hoped for. But I decided for this yoga session, which reminded me of some strength that I own , of my own responsibility taking care of myself…. I am so greatful for your classes Adriene and the community around it. THANKS for sharing your energy, love, time and dedication. ❤️</p>

Every time Adriene asks me to bring my hands to my heart/chest and “feel the warmth of your hands” I only feel the coldness of my hands as my hands &amp; feet are always cold 😅

Very gentle first 15 minutes, then a nice 15 minute flow followed by about 5 minutes of modified boat poses then a cool down.
