Hi, everyone! Namaste! Along with the yoga, I am reading this great book called How to Do Nothing by Jenny Odell. It’s about a lot of things, but I want to share something specific here. She writes a lot about birds. She calls it “bird noticing “ instead of bird watching. This morning, after yoga, I looked out the window and bird noticed with my cats for several minutes. It was lovely.

This session makes me very nostalgic. Home was the first 30 days of yoga series I found on Youtube when we had just gone in to the first covid lockdown in our country. It wasn't easy for me to follow the exercises and it took me more than 30 days to get through the series, but it got me hooked. And here am I five years later enjoying the daily yoga sessions on the calender so much. Thank you for the Home series - it certainly has changed my life.

I am doing the same as well. Following the breath sequence with my second time of doing home. I am delving in so much deeper this time around. Following my breath and fine tuning postures as my strength has increased. I really feel that i am uncovering a new layer of yoga. Loving the journey

This was awesome. I have yet to do the Home 30DoY series. This session is my 3rd this morning. I missed all 3 in this month’s Awake. Calendar. Life and other commitments ;) so so chose to practice Rebirth meditation instead. I intentionally scheduled those 3 practices for today. I woke up earlier than usual to have time for all three. Why? Because my practice is an essential part of life. To stay connected. Fully integrated. Safely entrusting myself to surrender each time on the mat in this platform. It works. To elevate my life. Even more. A clear lifestyle choice. As it keeps me safely anchored in the present off the mat too.

I love what this Home - Day 3 - Awaken portends to, I will do this whole series soon. This session was beautiful choreographed. I love the flow. It’s a nice way to punctuate or cap Nervous Sustem Regulate and Yoga for When you Are Spiralling. It’s all great for the mind, the body, the breath and everything else deep within. The tempo is just right at any phase. Filling my cup. Moving from my center. Spacious mind. Flexible body. Breath reigns supreme! I used both AirPods this morning to really latch on ;) to Adriene’s cues. Dig deeper. The other noise/s can wait. I had to really observe and listen. As that helps me to cultivate hope outside of my internal environment. A nice reset. A renewal of sorts. Clean slate. I have agency over my own choices. And that aligns well with what soothes and sustains me best. It’s always fun and lovely way to meet the day. And makeup for skipping this. As I find the calendar has what I seek! And it gives me more. Each time. Still ever so grateful for that huge undertaking of selecting from the many options to Find What Feels Good! I have more stamina, grace, strength and wherewithal to do more of what makes me feel so alive! Thanks Adriene and to everyone involved in making all these happen. They’re all landing well. Deep within! And outside too. I trust.

Peace. Light. Love to All. May we always connect to our innermost highest selves. Be well may we have the capacity to keep at it. Each time is different. But I found way back that even just having the intention, rollout the mat or sit to connect within…the process is very rewarding! At any phase. Thanks Adriene. And Benji. And to the whole FWFG Team, Teachers. And all those who make you feel your best selves. I am grateful for everything! 🩷🧡💛💚🩵💙💜 04/26/25

Lovely mix of ingredients in this practice. Starts with a gentle flow, then knocking on heavens door, a bit of strengthening, and some restorative postures at the end. Thank you for including this one! Definitely needed . ❤️🙏❤️
