Perfect afternoon practice. This was so yummy after a long hike! And yes, the breath always comes first. Our attitudes affects how and where we find ourselves in. I am calm. I am strong. Adriene, just how do you do it? I could probably add this comment to any video you've ever posted. You just seem to know exactly what we are likely to be feeling, and you always give us your best shot to bring it home to us, nudge us just enough to bring us into the moment, help us meet the need we didn't even know we were feeling. I KNOW this happens for me, often, and I read it happens for OTHERS in their comments. You are tremendously gifted, and have gathered an equally gifted team around you to help so many people in turn help so much of the world. Thank you, all of you, for all you do for so many people, so that we can in turn do it for others. A little bit goes a long way - and you knew it!

<p>Such a gorgeous evening practice. I always pause it around 13 mins briefly as Adriene forgot to do the hip opener on the left side after “cheerleader” legs and that’s my favourite part of this one! Love you Adriene🥰😄 </p><p></p><p></p><p></p>

I love this practice and come back to it quite frequently. I'f appreciate it if you could make a little edit on the video though because Adriene forgets to do the cheerleader pose with the righz knee up. Just a little note on the video so we don't forget to pause would be very much appreciated!
