I am truly so grateful to have Cynthia Aguillón Bernard in our fwfg family. She is one of the first teachers I invited to come share on the app and her energy is uniquely kind, compassionate, clear, and grounded. With a background in trauma-informed teaching and a commitment to community service she knows her stuff and she shows up in such a way that makes you feel welcome and cared for. Her values show up in her work and her passion to guide yoga for kids and teens lovingly and patiently through practice is something I greatly respect and admire.

A fellow Latina and Austinite, she brings yoga, mindfulness and sound healing to life through music, storytelling, and breath-centered flows. She is the founder of ATX Yoga Girl (IYKYK) and her enthusiasm for helping students of all ages connect heart, mind, and body has always been an honor to witness! We are lucky to have her here.

- Adriene

I alone cannot change the world, but I can cast a stone across the waters to create many ripples.

Mother Teresa

Cynthia Aguillón Bernard specializes in family and children’s yoga, including meditation, mindfulness, and sound healing. Her classes combine storytelling and music to create a playful environment where everyone feels welcome.
