Loooooved this practice! Your humour, especially the cute sayings made me laugh out loud. Also kind and compassionate, giving different levels for each pose and being so reassuring. it's gone straight into my favourites. Ka pai!

I like Tyler’s style. His cues are easy to follow. He reminds me of Marnie, she has similar fun cues. I did have to look a couple times to make sure my video wasn’t stuck, there isn’t usually dead space in Adriene’s videos. But that’s ok. I enjoyed this and look forward to his next video.

Welcome Tyler. 🙏 What a fantastic all round practice, both mentally and physically. I’m still smiling to myself and chuckling inside as I write this 30 mins after having finished the practice. Perhaps it should be retitled “Yoga for when you need a pick me up”. 😊Love your humour Tyler. I laughed out loud at so many of your comments. 😂 Humour aside, I also found the practice to be well constructed, with excellent cues, instructions and explanations. Thank you and look forward to seeing more sessions with you.
