Thank you Liz, loved this session. ❤️

I go swimming once or twice a week and this feels perfect to build up my muscles for better support - will definitely return.

I dont have weights, so thanks for the suggestion with the cans, that worked wonderful. If I were to get weights, has anyone any idea what to get (500g or 1kg, or is this too much for this kind of exercise?)

Sorry, but it goes too fast for me. I don’t understand the explanation in time and it is quite frustrating. I did not finish the session.

Wow, that was challenging. I did find I had to stop and go back a couple of times to understand what to do but I didn't mind that. I have been searching for ways to strengthen my arms and shoulders without my shoulders hurting and this is what I was looking for. I don't know why, it seems so strange as this did not seem like it would bring up emotion in any way but the thinking of a friend who is struggling at the end made me cry. Anyway, thank you, I enjoyed this.

What a lush practice to wake up to! 😊

Such a super strengthening and challenging practice, great for the start of the year to help with building stamina albeit with ease. This is the sort of practice I’ve been yearning for and will definitely be repeating this often, if not daily. More practices with weights would be most welcome. Your teaching style is lovely Liz … thank you so much. Ps love sending out psychic hugs out to the universe … I sent more than one 🙏 💜

I'm nursing a shoulder injury but part of my physical therapy involves weights/strength training. Wondering if this will be ok or too advanced for me.

Wonderful therapeutic session. Thank you, Liz! I received PT services last year for a shoulder issue - I was focused and faithful to all the exercises and actually enjoyed the sessions. My years with Adriene and FWFG have really developed my body awareness and sense of subtlety within this body. I was able to communicate effectively my experiences with the therapist, which he seemed to enjoy and appreciate. I still have some twinges or glitches in that shoulder and I try then to focus on positioning. Your session today reinforces that and reminds me to revisit some of the exercises I was given. Thank you!! I truly appreciate all that you offer us! 🌷

Loved this practice, I have lots of problems with my shoulders. I couldn’t do everything and rested when I met my appropriate edge. I have always found Pilates harder to follow than yoga. I have managed to do all the classes and I think I’m going to try doing a Pilates class a day for a week then try doing a few of them together a few times a week so I get a longer session as you would in a face to face class and see what I find most helpful. I so appreciate this added component to my subscription. Thank you 🙏

Definitely challenging. I found the pace good. Hard to look at the video while you’re doing this one. No sure if I was totally doing this right all the way along. But my shoulders definitely felt it!!

Not a complaint, just a suggestion. Ideally before laying on my mat and getting into this practice, I would have liked to have known that I needed weights or cans so I didn't have to stop and get them.

Thanks for a great video!
