This one was great! It’s listed under the ‘prenatal’ search. Is it ok to lay on our backs? I keep reading that pregnant ladies shouldnt lay on their backs. Im still only 15 weeks, but I just want to be sure!

<p>Adding value! Bravo! Great way to start the day! Thanks Adriene! This practice has all I need to propel and prime me for another well-supported day! Lovely! Did this underneath the tree! Smells so good. My practice has my back! Sumair, Marnie, Liz thank you, I was able to string the lights and trim the tree solidly on just a 3-step stool (yes!) and a wicker barstool 😁when I have previously been used to do that with 3 tall ladders! And chairs! I celebrate that newfound confidence, expansion, groundbreaking experience and freedom, I am so honored for all the support! Existing is a bliss! My practice works to support me well to expand, be light and lift up from the center as I ground down solidly on my feet and maintain balance. Sending you all love and plentiful hugs! Practice makes life easier to live with - there’s more balance, joy in unity within/outwards - this feels like a Christmas morning already. 🩷🩷🩷</p>
