Often we associate a core practice with a hearty bit of fire... and frustration. I believe the tools of yoga can teach us how to consider or reconsider our relationship to our core and use that process to truly feel centered. I am so honored and happy to welcome Brandi Perkins on as a guest teacher. Please join me in giving her a warm welcome to the platform. She will guide us back to what matters most. Read her description down below and enjoy!

Love,

Adriene

----------

This practice will focus on expanding our understanding of the core as a luminous and peaceful center.

Breath work and restorative poses can naturally balance the mind and body and dip into the quiet reserves of our energy. These principles can be used to find sanctity in a more active "yang" or heating practice and prove that gentleness is strength. This practice is wonderful in times of transition, to regulate stress, to cool the body, and restore that natural feeling of effortlessness in life. Feel free to piece these poses and breath work together when needed as you integrate your yoga off the mat into day to day reality.

Thank you for having me.
