<p>I so appreciate these videos. I love the cues to bring bones into the sockets - as someone who is hyper mobile, this is so valuable to me so I can really pay attention and not go so far as to injure myself 🥰</p>

<p>I’ve been doing a lot of the Jenn videos, and it came to my attention that they have a lot of sneaky Pilates in them, so I came here after a sympathetic hijack. What a great choice! Pilates is new for me; it’s impossible to do any of these moves without my bringing my brain back into my body. 10/10. If you’re new, don’t give up at the warm up, which almost killed me (the rest of the video was much easier for me, so I guess we just found the hole in my heavy lifting + yoga regimen)! </p>

<p>Definitely one to come back to... I felt annoyed and frustrated, also very stiff, wondering if in doing it right and what does it feel like for other when we're cued to pull the naval in. If you are reading this, please feel free to tell me what's it like for you? This naval pulling bit. 🙏❤️</p>
