<p>This 22-minute Pilates session with Liz is designed to strengthen your interior and exterior obliques, outer and inner thighs, buttocks, and transverse abdominal muscles. Pilates focuses on your core as the “hub” of your body to which everything else is connected. This session is no exception! These exercises increase strength and mobility in the hips, which decreases strain on the lower back. Follow Liz’s instruction to train your whole torso and learn to use your core for optimal spinal rotation. Finish your workout with a peaceful moment of loving kindness.</p><p><br></p><p>A block and a towel are used in this practice. </p>
