This missed the mark for me. I appreciate the effor put in and i dont think it was intentional, but i think it would have been more approproate coming from someone who is east Asian, who can talk about the roots in hinduism, the deities you spoke of, and not reduce the religious and cultural aspect to “thanks for getting weird with me”. I would have also appreciated more sources and references. No disrespect to Rey, Adriene, fwfg or anyone else- just my two cents. I will look for the information presented here from other sources.

I found this interesting. In Native American, particular to Lakota and Kaibab Paiute tradritions, the numbers significant are 4 and 7. The 4 represnttion the directions and there are the 3 earth sky and wanbli gleshka which make the 7. However this 3 is not a stepping stone nor a progression in creating 7. While I see this similar to the 1 becoming 3 becoming 7, in this case 7 is what you are calling 1. Additionally, 7 is 3 and is rainbow. The spiritual practices continue in this manner, encompassing all, within without, the same. Is this the universe you are speaking?

Thank you for the comments on musical scales. I never understood the Julie Andrews song growing up. Now that I know about the half-scale gap at me, I can see how meditating on the chakras could help me connect them like a pillar running through my torso. I'll have to think longer on the push you mention and how to achieve it. Just now it occurred to me that a slow pressure might be a good option for me. That would allow me to construct the pillar in a steady manner rather than an explosive push that might result in jagged or weak construction.

Is it possible to make all chakra chats a playlist for easy access (and favoriting). Super interested, but am definitely in the "fitting this in" category right now. :-)

There are seven discernable patterns of wavelenght (for humans) and not seven colors. There are twelve notes per octave and not seven. Crackpot science.

While I've not been part of Hindu religion or Indian culture, I also agree that it's important to know the connection of the chakras to the deities. This is where the idea of the chakras come from. Whether you end up connecting to the deities or this modern chakra system, I think it's still important to understand where these religious cosmologies come from. We want cultural exchange, not cultural appropriation!

So so interesting, the law of 1, 3, 7 really got me & I’m not sure why?! Will certainly be doing some research around this - looking forward to learning more! Thank you Rey 🙏🏼✨🤍
