Building on yesterday’s exploration, this practice is about noticing if you are willing and available to check in with your true self each day. This is one of my favorite practice themes and HUGE in my personal body of work, which asks, “What is my relationship to center?”

Please do not miss this session as I include some of my favorite lessons for growing your practice both in asana and yogic philosophy. If you want to advance, do this work. Step into your power. Learn how to move from center.

We ease in today, so if you are tired or feeling unmotivated, I got you. Practice slowing down at the beginning of this session, then join me as we mindfully layer to POWER postures.

We will connect to subtle body gestures to make deeper discoveries that may (they will) support you both on and off the mat.

If you are already wondering what you will do when the 30 Days is over, don’t worry! I have a red carpet of options ready for you. I will share them soon.

Please, let me know how this session goes for you down below!

If you're struggling (and want) to get into crow, just know, that even after almost 20 years there's NO WAY I do crow from a low squat- but once I come into from standing, I'm happy and stable and can hold it quite comfortably.

Love this practice! Thank you for mentioning the center during Crow. Thats what I’ve been missing 😊 It feels achievable now, with more Center awareness. Thank you again!

I suddently became FURIOUS about crow this morning. I need to work on that! Not even the pose but the emotion.

I liked this practice a lot. But I get so frustrated with myself not being able to hold crow for more than a nanosecond. I have real baggage about crow and I don't know why....

I've come back to the Breath series this month and absolutely loved today's practice! After practicing with Adriene for four years, I am wondering if "Center" could be the theme for the January series sometime.

I love this practice. I feel strong and tall and it all comes from my center. What a joyous bright feeling. Thank you Adriene! ❤️

I have been looking forward to this practice, and it did not disappoint! I had major, life-saving surgery last year, and it’s been a steady journey for me, reintroducing action to my core after such an extensive procedure and extended recovery. As I've slowly and carefully returned to my practice once my movement restriction ended, I've felt such strange sensations as I adjust to new scar tissue throughout my abdomen. Although this added scar tissue feels odd sometimes, I am struck by the returning strength of my center and, most profoundly, by the absence of the pain I'd been living with for so many, many years. Though I am not yet flying in crow or working towards crane as I was before my surgery, this practice still felt like a triumph, a celebration of where my body is today and all that she has survived to get me here. ✨

I have been feeling my hips loosening up and protesting a lot during this 30 days! But enjoying so much. Thanks for all your hard work for us. So grateful 🙏

I worked a huge day today. Just wanted to go to bed! But was craving something for me. Did this practice, flew in crow! Feel so good. Exhausted, but the frustration about being so exhausted is gone. Thank you 🙏

I found this one really hard today. My feet were sore, it all felt like a chore. After i finished, i sat down and i feel so calm. It just shows that the magic is always working, even when you think its not. ❤️
