In this video we tap into the subtle power of the breath. We build total body awareness and STRENGTH. We balance our HEART practice with this sequence by holding poses longer and focusing in on the sensations of the body as we tone the muscles, increase mobility in the spine, and stretch it all out. Move at your own pace. Meet your edge with a sense of ease and as always, open yourself up to a new experience!

Met the edge and found GRACE. Ooph...a good place to begin again building strength and with gratitude that the sciatic nerve bundle is quite and accepting the gentle reminders of...I am strong (and shaking). lol

Question to FWFG community. What pose to substitute for the series for "head stand"? I am unable to work the posture.

Oh yeah! This is my 5th round of Empower in 3 years and wow, what a way to notice the evolution of my practice! I remember the first time I could barely make it thrue, sweating buckets and laughing at the possibility of ever getting into half-moon. Well today was the day my friends! Complete lift off, marrying grace with strength! Thank you always Adriene and team, I feel like this years MOVE and BLOSSOM prepared me like never before to tackle EMPOWER again. Im having so much fun 😊 Happy days everyone ✌️✨❤️

yay, I completed the practice and with relative ease.. I remember times when I couldn't get through the video, so I'm very proud of my progress and how far I've come both in the physical and mental practice :)

Definitely a challenge but a nice one and so fun to have a go at balances too! Will keep at this as a 30 day challenge 💪🏼
