<p>This practice is such a wonderful, soothing meditative movement 💗 I woke up this morning with so much anxiety and lo and behold this practice was exactly what I needed to calm the stormy thoughts. <p>Thank you for leading us in this quiet “hello” to the body, mind, and spirit. </p><p></p><p>Kindness. Keeping loving kindness at the center is helping me stay afloat these days. Kindness to myself and others. Using it as a mantra today brought peace and allowed me to let go of some negative emotions. </p><p></p><p>Reading pema chodron’s “comfortable with uncertainty” every morning right now. Short lessons that pair perfectly with my yoga practice. Recommend to all who need some early morning inspiration! ❤️</p>

<p>I'm new in the FWFG community with this being my 3rd day. I've practiced yoga before but never for very long and it has been a long time. I have been struggling a lot with mental and physical healthso I should have been. This practice was just what I needed and I know that because the first word that came into my head was love. Love for myself. When I thought that word I started crying. I can't wait to continue on with my practice within this community. ❤️</p>

<p>I'm just 60 years old this year and I often have trouble sleeping at night. Last night I didn't sleep well and by the time it was morning, I was a little dizzy. Usually, I have to lie down and sleep for a while to relieve this discomfort. Just now, I was very happy to discover this new exercise, and then I said to myself, let's give it a try. After completing it, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the dizziness had subsided. Thank you, Adriene and your team, for designing this exercise so considerately and efficiently. Thank you very much!</p>
