<p>This feels really good! Drop any expectations. And be ahhmazed! Opt for sweet surrenders. And be amply rewarded. I love Dedicate 30DoY series as it does not ask too much from me. There’s just enough heat and a whole lot of flavor, variety and fun. I relished horizon lunge flow here. And the stays were amazing! Thanks hips! Nice cow legs and creative transitions. Downward facing dog flows. I am glad I looked at the screen in time to see Benji obliged with a perfect rendition of downward facing dog! So sweet! Standing up from chair pose felt really nice. A solid set of reps. Love the stretches too. And the restorative pose prior to savasana, that was delightful. Thanks for everything Adriene. This is such a beautiful journey. And I’m glad it’s a short session tonight. 💚💚💚💚 12/07/25</p>

<p>Dedicate was the first 30 days I did in real time, and the beginning of a daily yoga practice that will be 7 years long at the end of December. I always get emotional and nostalgic when I revisit a Dedicate video. AND I can finally do that cow leg switcheroo! 🤣</p>

Did this the day after an evening spent having dinner with my boyfriend's toxic family. Some tears were definitely shed when I heard "drop the struggle, things that no longer serve you" and "drop trying to figure everything out." Much needed. Thank you &lt;3
