Going through the "Dedicate" journey while in quarantine, and it has been lifesaving! With every day feeling a bit aimless and uncertain, its been so gratifying to take time on my mat every day.

<p>Ooh! This felt really good right after Footsies Break! Adding layers of wellness and protection to maintain a balanced state of being. I just love how this short practice builds up to a true sense of aliveness! In each present moment. Thanks Adriene for another gem of a practice that truly serves. Especially during this period. Worldwide. To turn inwards and have you to guide me on the mat so I can stay in the light off the mat! 💜</p><p>Short practice but not rushed. This was a meditative flow for me. Great grounding practice for the mind. Effective in connecting breath to mind and body. Nice listening tool. To connect to my ecosystems and find my center amidst external noise. Practice on the safety of my mat. Good for the emotional intelligence too (choose to surround myself eith those who make me fee alive. Recognize those good energies others emanate…) “To follow the aliveness and Find What feels Good!” In just a few minutes! I’m amazed how you’ve retained your mantra since the inception of YWA and FWFG! Thank you for all that you do and all that you are! 💚</p><p>Hero. Love extended child’s pose to turn inwards (appreciate the few breaths here!). Then cat-cow amazing for the spine and hips (love how we lingered here). Downward facing dog. Lizard. Cobra for the lower back. Gate pose so good for the side body! Runners stretch so good for my back. Closed the practice in Hero pose with my toes curled under or tucked in (so great for the footsies! And occupying my space) in honor of today’s new workshop. Thanks Adriene, my heart is filled with gratitude on this rainy day. </p><p>Peace. Light. Love. Always. 🩷🧡💛💚🩵💙💜 02/13/25</p>

<p>My head was all over today! Needed a short practice bc short on time before work. Even though I couldn’t quite settle in, I can feel the benefit of still showing up. So glad to have a bank of favorites. So grateful for Adriene. ❤️</p>

<p>My practice got interrupted last August when I got stung by a yellow jacket and anaphylaxed.  I love to be outside and my whole relationship with the outside changed.  Well I have been back on the mat daily now for 6 weeks and feeling much more like myself again.  I have a plan for when the warm weather returns and trust that I will be ok again. So grateful for these practices that ground and comfort me 💜</p>
