Adrienne, I have benefited from your teaching and guidance for 10 years. I am a longtime competitive swimmer and have had a couple of shoulder injuries, all to be expected from swimming so much. Your yoga classes have helped in the healing. I am now on a journey to heal from cancer. I am sure you will help me through the chemo that will lead to that cure.

Ahh…wonderful release. So yummy. First and foremost, I am grateful for the ease, grace and honesty in sitting still I have received through your expert guidance Adriene. This 30 Day series is a gem! This particular session in slowing down, surrendering, allowing, connecting inwards, breathing slowly/deeply, softening, stretching and opening the hips are a gift - a balm to the whole being! I love this healing practice. Working inwards. Coming home to me! Love this mindful practice, the moment of stillness, those soothing stretches, pigeon, nice playful crow…savasana…Grateful that you’ve all included this is this month’s calendar selections. Everything serves a greater purpose. I am thrilled. This month’s so on point too! We’re on a roll. Let’s all keep at it, stay well. Or find anything here to move in ways that feels like coming home to us, trust our instincts or intuition to lead us to it - in this safe space. May my life touch your lives for the better. Be well. Sending lots of healing good vibes and love to All! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💙💜♥️

Through the years, through all the YWA and FWFG practices I have fallen in and out of love with over the years, since the first 30 days of yoga this is probably still my favorite Yoga w Adriene practice of all! Even if I don't practice it for so long, coming back to it is like visiting an old friend

I don't know how many times I've done this video but today it hit harder. "Find your innocence and get back to who you really are" I never noticed that before. I look forward to meeting you one day Adrienne, just to experience your sweet spirit and vibes, to be able hug you and say thank you for being a true healer.

This was lovely. Just what I needed. I am currently in a phase of life that is very busy and stressful. I have been looking outside myself to try and alleviate this stress. When this practice invited me to place palms face up or down, I initially wanted to go face up to receive whatever the universe could give me, but something told me to go face down, because I don’t need to keep seeking outside myself, rather, I need to seek what’s inside more. 🙏

Enjoyed revisiting this old one today when I wasn’t digging the intermediate practice on the calendar. Day 8 usually rock but this old one is especially hip opener focused which felt excellent. 🧡🩶🩷💛💙💜🩵🖤🤍🤎💚❤️
