<p>Join Adriene on Day 23 of The 30 Days of Yoga journey! Freedom &amp; Forgiveness. Power Yoga! MEET YOUR EDGE! (Don't Panic) </p><p><br></p><p>Day 23 is not the power yoga you are used to. Rather, this sequence invites us to find power and strength through acceptance, forgiveness and letting go. Day 23 is an awesome journey! Modify as needed and find what really feels good. </p><p><br></p><p>This practice will give you a good workout, stretch, strengthen, and soothe. But beyond that, this breath focused playtime is the perfect sequence to practice letting go. </p><p><br></p><p>Let go to create space for empowerment and new found strength. Let the practice be a mirror. Don't be hard on yourself. Be yourself. Be kind. Find freedom within the form and strength in letting go. Practice forgiveness as a way to keep moving forward.</p><p><br></p><p>Oh, and drink lots of water today!</p><p><br></p><p>Connect and support others down below! </p><p><br></p><p>Cultivate positivity. Remember each day is different! The journey is the reward! See you tomorrow!</p>

My comment this morning got lost somehow…My whole being is ever so grateful that I chise to do this earlier this morning. Forgiveness creates more headspace fto make room to ground in the present moment, room for clarity, ease, contentment, empathy, compassion and so much goodness. I find that by taking the time to practice self-love, I gain more freedom from the shackles of anything that hinders the flow of energy in the body. I have body-mind-spirit connection in oerfect harmony with my breath This, like all the other sessions before it (I am most certain all the remaining ones were curated in the same manner) are totally amazing! I love how originally creative each day was designed. One thing is for sure, Adriene has everyone’s back in all these videos. I am glad I started this journey - I was curious to see for myself where/how the yearly 30DoY started. It started splendidly well! I am so glad I followed through on finding out for myself. This is such a beautiful precursor to all the succeeding yearly 30DoY series. Namaste ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

I am doing the Commune Summit for Women for 10 days but always like to start my day with some yoga. Today was only meditation in Commune with a theme of forgiveness and love so I searched for this practice. I found that I have reached a point where I really am listening to my body--not forcing it but working with it. And I am not trying to push myself into positions that hurt or make me feel like less because I can't do them--I'm embracing what I can do. What if we always thought--what I am doing today is perfect--instead of I need to do more today to be perfect? Peace and Namaste.
