Today was my first day of my post-PhD professor job, and I wasn't able to be there due to a concussion. This practice makes everything feel okay in a time where very little feels that way. I thank you as always, Adriene, for your support.

Although I’m not a chef, + I don’t cook all that much these days, this practice had everything y body needed. There were a ton of snap, crackle + pops during the first part. Will be adding this one to my faves. Thank you, Adriene + sweetest Benji. Namaste + happy weekend all from a rainy morning in New England 🙏💖🌧️🙆🏻‍♀️🫶

Lovely! I did this after Short Wake up Flow and True 30DoY D27 - Be Still. It’s a trifecta of goodness! In just a short time, this Yoga for Chefs practiced by itself can create huge tailwinds to support the whole ecosystem! To be able to serve others and safely serve myself too! I love the the opening sequence of connecting to the breath and this seated variation of cat-cow (bring on the breath), delicious variation of thread the needle, it’s delightful to the end! The loving twists and full body stretches, it’s so Yummy! Thanks Adriene, for bringing love into every aspect of the FWFG platform! Spreading more love and compassion because I (and we all) can safely practice more. And it all transcends the mat for a lovely day. Peace, Light and Love to everyone practicing. May everyone live with ease. Be well. 🩷🧡💛💚🩵💙💜 09/18/24
