<p>I've been wanting to say this for ages: I just don't get the "Chest to chin and Chin to sky" cue! 🤔</p><p>It seems to me that in Bridge pose, I already have my chest rising up and my chin pointing to the sky, so I'm not sure what more I can do without hurting my neck 😆 </p><p>And I know it's good for one, but really it's one of my least favourite poses 🤣</p><p>Apart from that, love that wig, and this is a fun practice 😄</p>

<p>OMGOMGOMGOMGOMG! I just did side plank, BOTH SIDES, and got a LEG UP into tree too! 😱 Never, ever have I managed that! Thank you for these challenges that help us see the GROWTH! 🌳 ❤️ Namaste, Halloween yogis! </p>

<p>I do this practice 2-3 times per week to keep my back feeling stretched and happy. My volunteer work has repetitive bending, lifting and twisting movements an this practice feels so good on the weekends.</p>
