I struggle to find words for what I am feeling- The past few months have brought with them challenges and I am still in the midst of them- FWFG has given me a safe haven- a cocoon of sorts where I carve out a time for myself and my journey- I frequently am a bit of a mess when I arrive at the mat - but my body, heart, and soul feel So Much Better as I participate in each practice- Thank You seems too small a phrase for the immense gratitude I feel for you and your team- I am So Looking Forward To Continuing This Journey And Thank You Truly From The Depths Of My Heart ❤❤❤

🎼 Music is a language of the soul, if you choose to believe in one. So much depth. Goosebumps. I hope to still recommend your pressence and style to others who might appreciate it. Waiting for things and people to clear up further. Best of luck. 🤠

Hearing you say ‘i wish we could all talk on the phone’ is beautiful, but don’t worry my friend, we are having conversations. I talk, smile, nod and sometimes tear up during our conversations - thats what your vlog gives us. If you (and your team) feel even a tiny bit of what you give radiated back at you, then you will feel loved, belonging and secure as we do.♥️

Thank you Adriene. I’m currently crashing down… it’s been really hard and scary the last 3 months for me. Your words give me comfort. I try to be on the mat as much as possible, sometimes only in child’s pose the whole time listening to your wise and kind words. Thank you for being here and for everything you do ❤️

Thanks for being you! A you spoke of metaphors, it reminded me that as a certified labyrinth facilitator, I was taught to emphasize that anything that happens while walking the labyrinth should be taken as a metaphor. Similarly, I think that can be said for anything that happens on the mat: unbalanced today; what might be unbalanced in your life? Distracted or unfocused? Tense? There is often a reason behind it. I'm going to reflect on that more while I continue to practice daily.

thank you beautiful Adriene and Benji - for the honesty, openness and fun. And a big thank you for introducing me to John O'Donohue. I have listened to his conversation - The Inner Landscape of Beauty - with Krista from Onbeing many, many times & now read many of his books. Your quote today reminded me of the INNER LANDSCAPE i/v: in it he described going to a Tchaikovsky concert in the Lincoln Center, and listening to a young Dutch violinist who moved the entire audience with her performance. It made him cry and it made me cry listening to him. So, so beautiful. Thank you again, and enjoy your soundbath. xx

Today i heard someone say that the pain leaves you when it’s done teaching you. I liked that, as someone who deals with mental health stuff due to being neurospicy.

Always a joy and such fun to watch your Vlogs and interesting how as I watch them when the time is right something always resonates with me! I crashed a little over the month and became frustratedwith myself for ‘allowing’ this to happen and then something happens on the Mat or through the Community almost reaching out to little old me! Thank you for being there and lifting us up when we need it most ❤️ The Meditation series with Light couldn’t have come at a better time and then just listening to your Vlog on the last day of this was thr icing in the cake, the Candle is a dark room. Happy July and Wedding Planning. I am off to find a sound bath! ❤️🙏💜

You're the best Adrienne ❤️ thank you for ALL of this. So funny about the 'noir' ending (the sound effects were great too!). Such a good point about classical music... we had s dedicated, independent classical station here in Melbourne, Australia- 3MS FM. There are experts presenting (all volunteers), community membership rafio. It's based in this convent by a rover not far out of the city, as part of an arts hub. You guys would LOVE it! Anyway, thank you for everything you, Benji & team do - it's seriously a life line!
