I ❤️this practice, wish there were more like this one. Its hard to advance on FWFG since most videos are beginners so anything a little more challenging is welcomed.

Ooh that was fab. Thank you darling girl . Namaste 🙏🏽 ♥️ 🧘🏼‍♀️ Does anyone have any tips; when you go say from a down dog right leg lifted and through to a lunge, no problem. The left side, I either have to move my hands out the way to get the left foot forward or lift it into position. I know that is perfectly acceptable but, has anyone els3 had this and found certain ways to gradually get the left side up there to? Thank you wonderful community 🧘🏼‍♀️ 🙏🏽

Is this practice considered intermediate? Ive been doing Yoga with Adriene for about 3 years and i have to say this practice was hard. It was fast and i missed a few bits. Im trying nor to be discouraged. I do yoga nearly every morning and im wondering if ill be a beginner for ever. Maybe im not challenging myself enough. Trying not to judge; obviously failing.

Great practice. In pigeon pose, I cannot square up to face front. I have hips which don’t allow m extended leg to lie flat. Does anyone else experience this?

I Love This Practice. Btw Am I The Only One Who Thinks The Voiceover Is Not Adriene?

I love the pace of this video! More flow and less talking really allows me to focus on breath + prevents my mind from wandering.

This is one of my favorite morning strengthening practice. Starts slow and builds up to a strong & smooth flow. It’s an intermediate/advanced level — not a lot of time spent on explaining a lot of how to details on postures, which I prefer, so I can feel present with y breath & body.

Love some of the unique transitions, especially chair pose to warrior three with airplane arms and a step back to high lunge. Challenging and empowering flows for sure! I wish there were more 30 min intermediate flows like this (breathing room and the light chakra series) they are the perfect length and pacing for strong mornings! ☀️

Thank you, Adriene & the FWFG Team! 💜🙏🏽

The pace was too fast for in the transitions and i found i wasnt centered . Ive only been practicing since april so this may not be a good one for me yet?

A beautiful boost to awaken all the muscles, the senses and the mind to feel strong and ready to start the day. This was perfect to finish March 2025 calendar to explore flows, warriors, pigeon to a background of sunshine and wonderful music. One of my all time faves … would be so grateful for more new practices like this please 🙏 💜

Once again I received the information that I can surprise myself and do hard things. This time it was side plank with my ankles stacked for the first time! Also learned I am very reliant on the monthly calendar. On the calendar today is a meditation practice and I was looking to sweat a bit. Took me a good 20 minutes to choose another video but I’m very glad this is where I landed.
