The lumbar and cervical spine have a lordotic curve that makes them the path of least resistance so we tend to find bending in the neck and low back easier. In this session, we will focus on the thoracic spine to keep it supple and open. With thoracic mobility comes improved posture, better breathing and enhanced range of motion. Take 17 minutes today to show your mid-back some love. </span></p><p><span>You will need two blocks for this practice.</span></p></div>
