We gain an immense amount of strength from having a conscious and loving relationship with our breath. It is poetic. It’s practical. Today is a bit of a conditioning practice. Don’t fret! Remember, you can do hard things. However, strength practice is not just about sculpting and toning, though hear me loud and clear, this ongoing practice will sculpt and tone, it just will, it’s true. But perhaps more importantly so, this type of breath led work, which is what yoga is, can guide you to gather and build strength in more ways than you could ever imagine.

Enjoy the relaxing end of this session today! STRENGTH in stillness! Don’t miss it.

This practice has depth. I’d love to hear from you in the comment section down below!

This Breath practice feels like one of those huge gift boxes that after you open the first present, you find another one inside to open. That is how each day feels to me. Another gift, another present, another beautiful experience to unwrap. Every day, I think, I LOVED today...and then the next day is the same. This entire series feels like a gift from your heart, Adriene. Thank you for each one.

For me, the YWA mantra is "trust me, trust this video". And that's exactly what I do, I don't know where this journey is going, I'm not even sure I love it, but I trust you, Adriene, and these videos. Thank you for exploring and learning with us. Namaste

Anybody else noticing that it’s getting subtly easier to fall asleep? I’ve been using my breath the last few nights, thinking about the days theme as I breathe, and I’m able to layer that on top of the anxiety until it drowns out and I can drift off...I’ve been sleeping badly ever since March 2020, so this is a huge gift ❤️

I had an idea. You have said there are to be no more 30 day original journey s for a while. What if old 30 day journey’s were revisited in January. Or if a central theme for a journey was imagined drawing on practices only from other 30 day journeys. There is something so inherently different from the rest of the calendars and guest instructors and etc. I look for that energy. Maybe it is a way to keep it going. An idea.

After this practice I’m seriously considering repeating Breath in February. I’ve a couple times done that, repeated the Jan journey. I find there’s so much in Breath that I want to explore further! Anyone else thinking the same?

Good morning! Not the easiest start after crawling out of bed but I ended up enjoying this practice a lot. I admit that I usually stay clear of any yoga class with the theme "strength" but I am trying to get into strength training, and this will be a helpful practice for this - no yogic bicycles or warrior b (or any other usual suspects), yay. Thank you :)
