<p>Ooooh such a yummy stretch. I was worried about starting this session with a headache, but it was such a nice, slow beginning and I could literally feel tension melting away. Now I’m breathing deeper, feel open and more loose, and headache is gone! Thank you! 😊💕 Yoga is magic ✨</p>

<p>Life's been too busy for a while and I struggled to get on the mat, even though I knew all along it would have helped combat the challenges of life. Returned to yoga with this practice today and it let me reep the full benefits of yoga. So beautiful, physically, mentally and emotionally. 💟</p>

<p>“We fall with grace and pick up ourselves with ease.” That’s an awesome takeaway! Love this soothing stretches especially since I practiced this at night! It feels really good to be able to get used to adjusting, shifting, modifying and giving myself grace and being kinder and gentler towards myself when balance is not forthcoming right away. It’s those moments when the flow is not so evident and I had to take those times as opportunities for growth and learning, it’s a great life lessons. Because it’s those moments that intuits me to take on what is in every present moment. It’s provides me levity, that “I’ve got this!” reassurance when I need it! I love everything about this session. The mindful pacing is perfect for evening practice. Yummy for the hips the transverse abdominals. Great for the spine. Nice stretch for the whole body. Love those supine twists, so yummy for the shoulders! I love the warrior flows, so delicious! Nice creative transitions and approaches to each poses and flow. Relish the stretch, the sensations so delightful! Stretch those tight places. Send love to the muscles, the connective tissues and those joints. Love the somatic movements here! Supportive core work! Really good for the whole body. This is in no way depleting, but the pacing is very good. And some long yummy holds.
