This is what i needed, today is the last day in my current home and i am moving tomorrow. I can’t stop overthinking , anxiety doesn’t let me sleep or read. This short practice gave me back my breath. I feel so much better now, thank you🙏🏻

Great video as I’m back to yoga again today and not just meditation. My heart went into A fib last week so I’d been working on relaxation. Was suppose to have it shocked back into rythym this morning and found out it had done that on its own. Loved this short practice to get me back into yoga after my week long break. Definitely adding to favorites.

Thank you! Loved this. But is it just me... I've been doing these practices for nearly 5 years now and I often hear "or you can do chataranga to up dog"... but I don't think I've ever seen a video on what this looks like. If someone could signpost me I'd be grateful. Thank you 🙂

I love the pace and flow of this one so much I find myself gravitating towards it even when I’m not looking for a quick yoga sesh. When you have the time and energy I recommend doing this one twice in a row 😻

And also, there’s just something so lovely about beginning with an extended child’s pose ✨
