I love these 10 minute workouts. I do Core, Lower Body and Upper Body every day. In 3 weeks I see a difference in my body. For me these workout practices are better than a typical workout because they include breathing instruction and move at a mindful pace that is safer for the body.

Feel the burn 🔥 Would defo recommend exhaling on the way up rather than the way down (ie exhale on the effort) - especially for anyone that has had a baby at any point!

My lower body is more defined than my upper body, so I thought this would be easier than the Upper Body Conditioning session... boy was I wrong. I don't think I've ever cursed at Adriene as much as I did during those pulses... thank you Adriene 🙏!
