We begin in the stabilizing mountain pose today and then move into a warming flow for shedding and releasing. This session really invites you to play along but fine tuning your awareness of sensation. It also inspires you to use your creative mind or your imagination to create palpable energetic shifts in posture and presence. Remember there is no music in this series save for a little at the end for your cool down/relaxation.
