We begin in the stabilizing mountain pose today and then move into a warming flow for shedding and releasing. This session really invites you to play along but fine tuning your awareness of sensation. It also inspires you to use your creative mind or your imagination to create palpable energetic shifts in posture and presence. Remember there is no music in this series save for a little at the end for your cool down/relaxation. Well thats the last time I judge the strength of the practice based on Adrienne's choice of hairstyle 😅 Just catching up on days missed and thought "oh I'll do one more as Adrienne has her hair down so it'll be an easy one" 🤦‍♀️ a strong but definitely nourishing one. 😍🙏❤️

<p>Hey lovely all!! When you bind your hands on your back with the opposite finger on top, do you change the position of the rest of the fingers or only the top finger? Maybe stupid question but i feel so free to ask anything after this release vid!</p>

Incredible practice. This was my 3rd day in a row on the mat after a rough year and being off the mat. Its amazing how my body jumps right back into it, and how connected I still am to your practices. I've missed you and I'm thankful this is the series I've decided to get back into. I'm digging it big time so far, and those high lunges felt so good!
