This 27-minute session focuses on body awareness and deep stretches to cultivate balance, flexibility, and resilience in the soles of the feet. Then you’ll apply that knowledge to practice Samastitihi or Equal Standing Pose: the basis of all standing poses. </span></p><br><p style="line-height: 1.38"><span style="font-size: 11pt; ">You will need a block and a blanket for this practice.</span></p></div>
