Found this one toiugh, but all came together for the end poses and these were so much easier than usual for me. Lobing thhis series and find that repeating the sessions is really useful as some of the moveoments are outside my normal repertoire. Thinking about how to incorporate this series regularly into my wider practice. So much great content… never enough time🤣

I loooooove the series so far but this one has got to be my favorite. Rythmic movements with breathing helps calming my mind so much. Do I have to say how much this yummy,yummy,yummy mantra is lovely ? Thank you Marnie😍🙏🏻
