Join me for this 35 minute loving and powerful grounding yoga session. This special at-home practice is anchored in an invitation to focus on the rise and fall. Through this structure we will lean in and use the tools of asana, breath, and science to welcome a sense of peacefulness and ease for both mind and body.

The awareness of my own vulnerability has made me more aware of others' vulnerability and more loving and receptive in general.
I skipped ahead for this one today. I've been avoiding the crap out of myself. I knew it on the corner of my consciousness. Having trouble breathing throughout the last few days, kind of a tendency to holding my breath. Been snippy and cranky. Did not want to do yoga the last few days after a stellar streak. Those are my tells. I know the life circumstances that have contributed to this, but that's not what I'm here to share. We laid down on our blankie at the beginning of the video and I just cried the whole time we were in fetal position. I hadn't been able to access the release valve until I gave myself a space to do so. Grateful heart. Still a challenging personal time, but a much needed release. Namaste.

Love this one <3 Some general feedback, I wish there was a way for us to create playlists on here, not just "favorites", so I can categorize the practices in a way that resonates best with me.

Thank you for this practice, as a doctor in the frontline it was good to have the opportunity to allow myself to feel vulnerable and scared. I got emotional as I can feel the sorrow and sadness in the world right now... but then at the same time the gratitude, the hope, the trust that everything should pass and we will hold each other in warm embraces again. Take care sweet kula friends and stay safe, we got your back ❤️

My dog goes in for an MRI tomorrow to find out if her recent seizures are idiopathic epilepsy or something structural. I have never been so scared before. This was lovely to calm my nerves before trying to get some sleep. Thank you for this one today, Adriene 💙

As odd as it seemed, I needed that hug. Feeling a little sorry for myself at the moment and a bit… lonely if you will. It was exactly what I needed to smile and feel an embrace… thank you once again 💜
