<p><strong>Developing a Journaling Practice for Whole Living</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Wellness journaling is “big picture” journaling. It asks us to consider what we need to live balanced and whole. Consider this idea as you journal and see what comes up. This is going to mean different things to all of us.</p><p><br></p><p>Some food for thought: What speaks to your soul? What brings you joy? Is there a part of you that may get missed and not tended to? Is there something that is out of balance?</p><p><br></p><p>Be very specific when you consider what you need in order to bring more balance and wholeness to your life. What goal or goals would you like to put in place? Name them and write down the steps it will take you to achieve them. </p><p><br></p><p>The goal of wellness is a balanced and whole life. But we are all different; each with our own needs, wants, limitations, talents. So what it looks like for you to live well may look different than what it looks like for someone else to live well. </p><p><br></p><p>Wellness journaling is an opportunity to set a personal plan in place and help us live our lives balanced, whole, and personally find what feels good.</p><p><br></p><p>If you are comfortable sharing your goals, please do so in the comments below.
