As always, love how you keep it real, aren’t dogmatic, find what feels good - pretty much says it all! - and oh your humor, bananas 😂😂!! You’re so awesome, love you!

Really enjoyed this and am vegan. I’m trying to work more towards intuitive eating.

Thank you, Adriene! I love the way you approach food. It's been such a wonderful thing to realize that food and eating shouldn't be connected to guilt and restriction. I used to wake up everyday and think about all the food I would spend all day trying to avoid. Now, I wake up and can't wait to fill myself with nutritious and delicious food, in moderation and small portions, of course! I do think that being present while you eat and really noticing the food helps. I'm grateful for even the smallest amount of food, tasting the tastes and being conscious about how each food is helping me to be stronger, healthier, calmer, happier; it's a beautiful thing. I live to eat now and it fills me with joy!

I was a bit scared to watch this video (usually 'what I eat in a day' are quite distressing for me) but I am really glad I did. This is the first time I've seen someone share they're eating habits in a honest, flexible way As someone trying to recover from an eating disorder, I now realise that these kind of videos tend to promote diet culture (even when the person making them doesn't realise it) so I am extremely thankful that you took the time to consider everyone and made sure to speak in such an honest way. When someone with an eating disorder watches these (I speak mostly for myself but also for some people I know) it is usually to validate ourselves, to give ourselves some sort of permission to eat, or to make sure that we ate less than the person in the video. And in this case, anyone watching it for this purpose will find something way way more useful. A message of listening to what your body needs, of being flexible with your diet and having fun along the process. I couldn't be more thankful Sending lots of love
