Making me laugh in chair pose was SO not fair. 😅

Such a nice practice - great combination of playful with a gentle challenge :) I don't have any blocks, so I used a pillow instead, though it wasn't really needed, fully optional for an alternative for one pose :) this was a lot of fun! Thank you, looking forward to continuing the series 💜

When doing the seated forward, fold my hands don’t reach the mat. Any advice for those of us with shorter arms doing these type of poses where you’re seated but should press your hands into the ground and they don’t reach. I have similar problems with reverse plank I feel because of shorter arms.

That was fun and challenging! I’m not so good at tree pose so this was a great way to approach it, very helpful. And you make class so fun with your little unexpected comments, your voice is serious and calm and then you say in chair pose “and we will be here for the rest of class” wait! What??? 😆 thanks Tyler Price

I’m so enjoying these Tyler. The little moments of humour and subtly placed song lyrics add a little something to the overall experience. 🙏

Oh Tyler, I absolutely loved this session. As many have said, there’s a theme, your cues and Tyler-isms are just the best. I love learning the proper yogic names and waking up to do a fresh Tyler practise for a whole week brings me such joy 🤩 thank you 🙏🏽 namaste ♥️ 🧘🏼‍♀️
