I took a long walk yesterday and was super busy - I skipped a day; just had time pate last night for Lion’s Breath practice as part of this month’s calendar. This is my 3rd practice for this afternoon. I did Yoga for the Lymphatic System on YT, which made me feel good. The Gentle Yoga gave me the courage to push through. The theme for today’s practice appropriately enough is about Discipline. I love that I did this one also. I love my FWFG practice. I was so happy in garundasana (second leg) and was looking forward to celebrate afterwards - the session is coming to a close 🙂 …and then I looked up to check the screen, thought I heard wrong when you said lift the left leg while in plank pose and the right hand…😁 so shaky but still managed to do it! I am sweating from head to toe (it seems like) and I feel amazing. Rivulets of sweat feels like a great cleansing and release. I love this 31 DoY Revolution journey, I kept thinking it’s 30 days! The Light in me bows to the Light in you Adriene and to everyone else in this safe and fabulous space. Namaste ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

I always enjoy revisiting videos from the 30 day series, it's like returning home to an old friend. Even more so this year- still processing what it meant to not have a new Journey this January! A very tough and enjoyable practice! Thank you Adriene and team!

Damn. That was better than I expected. I was procrastinating very badly this morning. I've got things in my life that I don't want to think about or deal with at the moment. While this practice isn't something I "needed" to do, it was still the thing that I know will make the rest of today's challenges slightly less daunting. I love avoiding discomfort and pain. Today is a reminder that challenge can cultivate progress. One can't grow without a bit of stress.

A favorite!! It absolutely boosts both the energy and mood; I went into this cranky and tired (period day 1) and ended it feeling amazing!! Adding this to both my favorite flows and breath/mood playlists!
