<p>Yay! I really felt myself drop into this practice<em><strong> </strong></em>today. I didn't worry about the little wobbles in my high lunge twists etc, I just decided to enjoy this practice, to take extra breaths where I needed them, to place both of my hands to the inside - instead of either side - of my front foot in the low lunges, for the transition to Down dog (this suits my pyhsiology better), and any other adaptions that <em><strong>work with my body</strong></em> and <em><strong>not against it! </strong></em></p><p>For those people who had wished that yesterday's 'Yoga For When You Are Angry' had been a more active practice, this one should have been more up your street! Perhaps you can make your own 'Angry Mood Playlist' and fill it with more active practices. I have created playlists in this app for different types of practice, for shorter practices, for ones to avoid if my Fibromyalgia is bad, and for various different needs! This means I can the practice that suits me best on the day, if I'm freestyling away from the Calendar, or if I want to swap a Calendar practice for one of a similar theme but a shorter duration etc, etc, etc.</p><p>Anyway.... I have definitely lost my connection to my body during COVID. I know its not over, but with the CDC's new guidelines I feel like there is a glimmer of hope. It was nice to take this time to start finding my connection and start melting some of the stress away from this past year. Thank you for this opportunity.

Love this! I am struggling with down dog though and my hands keep slipping even though I am pressing my fingertips and rotating my arms :/
